Thanks for being here. It means the world to have your support during this time. As many of you know building community at the studio has been our #1 priority so this has not been an easy decision to temporarily shut down our public classes/events. We know at this time it was the right call for everyone's health and safety. However, we believe we can still work together to cultivate peace and calm in the comfort of our own home's. With that in mind, we will livestream our current classes on the Video Player below and host interactive events via Zoom.

In our online classes you can expect Anna, Katie, Amy, and Angela to offer grounding techniques, meditations, breath-work, and mindful movements to help alleviate stress and anxiety and restore faith and connection. We would be honored to work with you to raise the collective vibration during this current adversity. We may be physically distanced but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually we are here for you.

To view Live-Stream videos there is no sign-up fee. The way we are doing this is....If you cannot afford a yoga practice right now we understand and we have your back. If you can afford a practice we hope that you will support us by donating at the link below. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated .
